Clifford Chance Strengthens Equity Derivatives & Structured Products offering with hire of Daniel Shurman as Partner

Global law firm Clifford Chance announces today that Daniel Shurman, a highly experienced strategic equity solutions partner, is joining the firm in London as a Partner in its Derivatives and Structured Products practice. Daniel has a very strong reputation for leading complex and innovative strategic equity transactions in Europe and internationally and was previously a partner at Allen & Overy.
