- Advising Anheuser-Busch InBev SA/NV (ABI) in relation to the re-organisation of the ABI and SABMiller plc groups in connection with ABI's US$100 billion business combination with SABMiller plc
- Advising Marshall Wace in relation to the sale of a minority stake in the Marshall Wace business to KKR, and in relation to its acquisition of a 40% stake in Pollen Street Capital and the related sale of its Eaglewood debt fund business to Pollen Street Capital
